This assisted living, memory care campus facility located in Eagle, Colo., consists of 44 skilled nursing beds and 20 assisted living units. Assisted living residents will have individually-tailored health and personal care services to help maintain the highest levels of independence with care staff on-site 24 hours every day; comprehensive wellness and health monitoring; and tailored services, including medication management, bathing, dressing, escorts, etc.

Castle Peak’s memory care residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss will have a specifically-designed, secure area with a private suite and private bath; spa tub and shower room; community living and dining room where residents may dine together like family; and outdoor, secure memory care patio. Residents in need of tailored, round-the-clock compassionate, long-term skilled nursing care will have every comfort of a private suite with private bath; spa tub and shower room; community dining and living room; medically-complex care; and hospice care.
