The building features premium architectural elements including precast insulated concrete walls, curtain wall glazing, and composite insulated metal panels. The facility houses four specialized data halls complemented by interior electrical support rooms and mechanical chillers positioned on a roof platform with full-height painted metal screening.
The robust structural system incorporates a concrete slab on grade foundation, reinforced by steel columns, joists, and precast shear and screen walls. With an impressive total power capacity of 36 MW supported by 21 emergency generators, this state-of-the-art facility seamlessly blends operational excellence with architectural sophistication while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and security.
