Advanced Manufacturing Facility

The Weitz Company is adding a new processing and manufacturing facility to increase our client’s product capacity at the plant. The facility is currently being constructed between the existing facility and the distribution center, both owned by the client. Our project team has been proactively communicating with the client to ensure all employees are safe and no plant work is disrupted on the active jobsite. The facility will include rail receiving, a central utility plant, a tank farm, perfume storage, production, work in progress storage, packaging, and shipping. Both the facility and manufacturing systems will follow the industry and clean design/cGMP standards.
