Michael Eissa, Director of Commissioning

As Director of Commissioning for Mission Critical, Michael Eissa leads the commissioning strategy and execution for large-scale data center projects across the company. His responsibilities include overseeing commissioning teams, developing standardized processes, driving quality and operational excellence, supporting project delivery, and collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure safe, reliable, and successful facility startups. With nearly 20 years at Weitz, Eissa brings extensive experience in data center construction, commissioning, quality management, and team development.
