With 40-plus years of experience in planning, development, design and construction, Jim has a keen sense of what really matters to customers and the ability to see around the corner and eliminate roadblocks before they form. As an officer in charge, Jim helps oversee the planning and management of all activities in the Midwest region. This includes long-range planning; new business acquisition; safety evaluation; project planning and performance; personnel policies and administration; financial planning; subcontractor relations; and innovation in building methods.

Something unique or interesting about me is …
I wear caps every night and on weekends. I probably have 30-40 at all times; year-in and year-out; in cars, the garage, basement, my closet; and lockers. I always travel with at least three.
