Early Contractor Involvement
Our Early Contractor Involvement approach provides clients with a single point of responsibility while enabling overlapping design and construction phases. This integrated process drives cost certainty, schedule efficiencies, and proactive risk management from the earliest stages of a project.
Lean Construction
Weitz Industrial applies lean construction principles to keep teams aligned and accountable throughout execution. Using tools such as the Last Planner System and pull planning with trade partners, we improve collaboration, predictability, and overall project performance.
We needed to double our feed mill capacity within 16 months. We hadn’t built a feed mill before so it was important for us to team with an expert to meet our goals. We did our homework and chose Weitz, based in part on strong recommendations by others in the poultry industry.
