Weitz Company Welcomes Fil Rea as Senior Preconstruction Manager in Denver Office

DENVER, Colorado – The Colorado office of The Weitz Company is pleased to welcome Fil Rea to the Preconstruction Services team as the Senior Preconstruction Manager. With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Fil brings a wealth of knowledge from both the field and estimating services.

Fil is a graduate of Wheaton College in Massachusetts where he studied International Relations & Economics and later attended the Colorado State University’s Construction Management certificate program. Fil is LEED AP accredited by the United States Green Building Council and is a certified DBIA Associate by Design Build Institute of America. Fil has lived in Denver since 2002. In his free time, Fil enjoys fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and hitting the ski slopes.
