Southeast Community College Breaks Ground on Life Sciences Center

Southeast Community College’s (SCC) Lincoln campus broke ground on April 28 on its new $31 million state-of-the-art Life Sciences Center. The expansion will feature a three-story Life Sciences Center designed to meet the growing demand for modern educational facilities and specialized training environments.

The new center will house a comprehensive mix of spaces including: 

  • Modern offices and classrooms 
  • Cutting-edge laboratories 
  • Collaborative common areas 

These facilities are specifically tailored to support life sciences and healthcare-related programs, creating an environment that fosters hands-on learning and innovation.
