Sun City Festival Ranch Amenity Center

Sun City Festival Ranch is a premier 55-plus active adult community in Phoenix’s Northwest Valley. The new amenity and fitness center will support the expansion of the community. It will feature a 2-story fitness center with an aerobics room; a pool; men’s and women’s locker rooms; a running track; and a high-end recreation center with a great room, bar, fireplace and outdoor fireplace.

Residents will have the ability to host large events in the building’s banquet center that will be equipped with two commercial food prep areas and a stage with full lighting. The first-class great room is equipped with a 30-foot high fireplace and a bar.
