Seasons at Alexandria

The Seasons at Alexandria is a new Baptist Life Community located in Alexandria, Ky. Phase I of The Seasons included 119 skilled nursing beds, 50 assisted living units, 16 memory care units and commons spaces. The units are housed in three buildings that are two and three stories each with six different wings.

Inspired by rustic Italian villas, connectivity is a central theme throughout the campus with the village plaza distinctly at the heart of the community, surrounded by assisted living and skilled care.

This project is the first Life Plan Community to fully utilize the Integrated Project Delivery strategy. This encouraged collaboration to increase value, reduce waste and maximize efficiency from design through construction.
