Brookestone Meadows

This facility provides patients with short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Creating a “culture of rehabilitation,” the facility features four households with 19 or fewer patients each and consists of private rooms and companion suites, along with intimate family dining spaces and a family conference room.
