Bella Collina Clubhouse

This project includes a 63,000-square-foot clubhouse and a 1,800-square-foot gatehouse. The clubhouse complex resembles a Tuscan village with extensive hardscape and terraces connecting the buildings. Exterior materials include natural stone veneer, heavy timber, aged stucco and barrel tile roofing. Interior finishes make extensive use of wood flooring and ceilings, heavy timber, plaster and stone. The Clubhouse features a wine room; private dining; display kitchen; dining; spa; men’s and women’s locker rooms; 19th hole lounge; pro shop; and cart storage.
