This new, light-rail, transit-oriented development is a fantastic addition to Denver’s skyline and its expanding luxury high-rise rental market. The impressive, 18-story, cast-in-place facility was constructed at the entrance to the rapidly expanding Welton corridor on a very complex (and tight) jobsite that spanned 1.57 acres and over 486,000 ground square feet (including the 142,000-square-foot above-grade parking garage that makes up the first four levels of the building).

There are a total of 329 units in this multi-family residential building that features a 9,000-square-foot amenity deck with a pool and hot tub on the fifth floor; a fitness center and a patio on the sixth floor; and panoramic rooftop social lounge on the 17th floor.
