Krista Robinson and Aaron Anderson Are Rising Leaders at The Weitz Company

Des Moines, IA – Orascom Construction USA is pleased to announce the recent promotions of three colleagues within the leadership team. Each of these individuals are truly making a difference in the company via their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Krista Robinson was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. Krista joined the company in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist for the commercial group. She was promoted to the Human Resources Director position in 2017 and named a member of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) at that time as well. During her tenure, Krista has elevated the Human Resources function, taken on leadership of the internal communications program, and has been instrumental in driving the force for important efforts, including the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative.
Aaron Anderson was promoted to Vice President, Safety. Aaron has been with the company for 15 years, starting his career as a Safety Manager in the Omaha office. Since then, he has worked his way up to Safety Director and has been critical in improving company-wide safety performance and culture. He’s spearheaded important initiatives such as “Lead with Safety,” developed company-wide safety and quality manuals, and launched processes such as Behavior Based Safety (BBS), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and MakuSafe.
