The Construction Confidence Indices continue to rise, indicating expectations of growth over the next six months, despite many projects being hindered by the rising costs of materials, lags in the supply chain, and inflation. Any of these factors can create longer construction schedules and could lead to the delay of projects getting mobilized. At Weitz, we are confident in our ability to continue to deliver projects on time and on budget thanks to our integrated preconstruction and planning approach.
