Encompassing a full city block in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Denver, the project consists of 2-multifamily load bearing metal stud towers atop a 4-story partially below grade post tensioned parking garage. The first tower houses 93 short term rental units while the second tower houses 533 apartment style units, 626 units total. The 15-story highrise includes a third-floor amenity deck with an outdoor pool, yoga studio, fitness area, media and game rooms, a club room and two courtyards. Construction began in October 2021 and is on schedule for completion in April 2024.
