Nate Pilcher

As Project Executive, Nate Pilcher works with the operations team to maintain and grow client relationships by fostering a strong project management culture. With experience at every level of project management, from intern to Senior Project Manager, Nate excels in navigating complex project challenges. As a licensed professional engineer with over 10 years of experience, he provides valuable insight into civil and structural challenges. Nate oversees project success during construction, managing pre-planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and logistics. He leads teams and ensures clear communication among the owners, architects, engineers, and field staff, while supervising project managers and engineers in the Cedar Rapids industrial office.
