“What makes me most proud to be part of Weitz is the company's commitment to its people. One of the first concepts my graduate studies taught me was that people are most fulfilled when they feel connected to a purpose greater than themselves. At Weitz, I've experienced that firsthand; I've been surrounded by leaders and colleagues who are genuinely invested in helping others learn and achieve their goals as if they were their own. That culture of mentorship, collaboration, and shared purpose creates an environment where people are empowered to succeed, and it's what makes Weitz such a rewarding place to build a career.”
