Pella Macomb Manufacturing Facility

The Weitz Company provided preconstruction and construction services on this new, 300,000-square-foot manufacturing, warehouse and office facility. Features included a steel frame with insulated precast walls with brick, EIFS and precast used for skin. Weitz also provided interior finishes with the installation of mechanical/electrical for the paint line and the concrete and structure for the sawdust containment area.
