The Weitz Company and Partners Break Ground on 3850 Blake Street Multi-Family Project

The Weitz Company recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its latest multi-family construction project—a 310-unit residential building located at 3850 Blake Street in Denver’s vibrant RiNo Art District. This exciting development, in partnership with Formativ, will help address the city’s need for more affordable housing options while contributing to the neighborhood’s ongoing growth and revitalization.

The 16-story building will total 275,608 square feet and feature a range of thoughtfully designed units to support attainable urban living. Over the next two years, Weitz and our dedicated partners will work collaboratively to bring this vision to life.
