University of Oklahoma – Freshman Student Housing

Norman, OK

The University of Oklahoma’s new residence halls project will replace the current Adams Center that has served as a landmark since 1964. The project will feature 2,100 beds for incoming freshman in the heart of the campus. Other amenities will include community lounge spaces, kitchenettes, music and study rooms, on-site coffee shop, convenience store, and multi-functional storm shelters to accommodate all students and staff. This project is the start of the University of Oklahoma’s housing master plan with a current plan to demolish and replace Walker and Couch Centers in the future phases with a total of approx. 600,000 square feet.

This project is a joint venture with Flintco’s Oklahoma City team.
