4 Mile District

Weitz has been awarded the CM/GC agreement for Phase 1 of the 4 Mile Entertainment District. Phase 1 includes a 7-level, 734-stall parking structure (200,000 SF), brownfield site redevelopment, horizontal infrastructure including private drives, sidewalks, utilities, plazas, and site improvements, plus pad sites for six future retail and restaurant buildings across a 10.5-acre site. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2026.
