Valley High School
West Des Moines, IAWeitz served as construction manager for major renovations and additions to this existing high school. Additions included a new physical plant, a new automotive teaching area, a two-story 71,000 SF academic addition and a one-story 32,000 SF administrative and student commons area addition. Weitz also built a new artificial turf football and soccer facility with locker rooms, concession buildings, restrooms, grandstand seating for 8,000 and a pressbox with elevator access.
