A design-build renovation to bring a building built in 1959 up to current building codes such as replacing the entire mechanical/electrical system. Interior finishes included extensive millwork, preservation of existing finishes and matching new construction with existing surfaces. The project was honored with the 2004 Design Excellence Award by the GSA.
