Promenade at the Beatitudes

Promenade at the Beatitudes Campus is an expansion of an existing full-service continuing care retirement community and will be constructed in two phases.  Phases I and II will include 199 additional independent living units and patio homes, as well as substantial renovations to 348,450 square feet of existing buildings on this 22-acre campus. This facility will also feature a fitness center, swimming pool, elegant dining, a spa and beauty salon, woodworking shop, scenic walking trails, and landscaped gardens. Residents will also have priority access to on-site assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support, should it ever be required.  With a current resident population of 350 and an average age of 85 years, special sensitivities for signage, temporary paths, travel distance, safety, and the highest levels of noise and dust control were put into play.
