Sumner on Ridgewood

Sumner on Ridgewood incorporates Eden Alternative™, a unique design based on open space, gardens, vistas and opportunities for programming involving the high school across the street, where residents and students can interact. This community will feature independent living in the 22 Villas (at 1,750-2,200 SF) and the 79-unit apartments (at 1,100-1,400 SF), with a 42,000 SF central manor house providing such things as a library, bistro, computer center, auditorium, beauty shop, gift shop, ATM, exercise and pool areas and dining areas. There are also four “greenhouses”, or health-care units, which encompass a 62-unit Assisted-Living facility, skilled nursing facility and two assisted-living dementia health-care facilities.
