The Sagewood Retirement Community blends a southwestern theme and picturesque architectural features with state-of-the art elements, finishes and services. Phase I includes 294 independent living units; 24 casitas (single-story duplex); 32 villas (two-story four-plex); 10 assisted living units; 34 skilled nursing beds; and a wellness and community center. The complex features natural local landscaping along the rotunda, exterior plazas, a pool and all amenities.
