Renar River Place

Overlooking the Indian River in downtown Jensen Beach, this mixed-use facility  was built on a tight site around a major thoroughfare.  The uniquely designed complex includes eight separate structures featuring office space, restaurants, retail shops, a theatre and two level parking garage.  Three distinct townhome and condominium buildings with resort style recreational support facilities make up the remaining components of the campus.
