A 59,600 SF build out in the new CityScape tower in the heart of downtown Phoenix.  The Class “A” office space for the Polsinelli Shughart Law Firm consisted of 89 attorney offices, 48 paralegal/assistant offices, two attorney lounges, 10 conference rooms as well as multiple case rooms.
