P-200 Mobile User Objective System (MUOS)

Construction of a secured compound for three “new generation” satellite antenna and the foundations (Earth Terminals) to accommodate the new satellite dishes. The project also including building a two megawatt power plant for emergency power including the substation, switchgear, panels and other appurtenant electrical improvements., along with the interior renovation of high-security Building 409.
