Orpheum Lofts

The Orpheum Lofts is the renovation of the historical landmark formerly known as the Phoenix Title and Trust Building in downtown Phoenix. The 90 living units range from 700 to approximately 1,800 square feet, plus a penthouse. Orpheum Lofts has a full basement which features a resident clubroom, meeting area, kitchenette, pool, resident storage, and fitness center. The first floor provides retail areas with new storefronts. The second floor is complete with a courtyard containing shade structures, extensive landscaping and a feature for resident lounging. Structurally, the Orpheum Lofts features the original, historic concrete structure reinforced with new structural steel framing. The exterior consists of the original historical brick façade and new EIFS.
