Midland Loan Services

This five-story tenant improvement project was completed in 22 weeks. All five floors were cut through to accommodate a specialty glass and steel staircase. Other features include eclectic use of color, lighting and a custom-made granite table for the executive conference room. Midland Loan is one of several projects completed by Weitz in the Corporate Woods Office Park.
