McCarty on Monroe

This four-story building includes secured parking, an administrative office, community rooms, storage and maintenance facilities on the first floor, and all 68 residential units on the second through fourth floors. The facility completely encloses an inner courtyard to provide residents a secured and comfortable outside environment for walking and other social activities. Included are eight HDA accessible units.
