Mayo Clinic Collaborative Building

A bio-research building with laboratory space, tenant improvement build-outs for lab support, office space, and an 8,000 SF central plant located on the Mayo Clinic Shea Campus. The mechanical systems, lab accessories, and finishes were all customized to provide researchers a technologically advanced work environment. This was the first Arizona construction project to utilize Data Builder, Inc.’s innovative software – Electronic Construction Closeout™ (ECC™). In 2006, this building received AZRE’s Real Estate and Development Market Leader Award for Best Medical Project.
