Weitz provided construction management services for this continuing care retirement community two phases. Phase III added 81 independent living units (ILU), 14,736 square feet of garages and carports, and a maintenance central plant. Phase IV consisted of four, three-story buildings featuring 211 ILUs, a commons building with the dining facility, a wellness building with spa and pool, and 29,753 square feet of garages and carports. The two-tone stucco exterior blends with the extensive landscaping, which included a courtyard area with ponds, fountains, waterfall, pedestrian bridge, gazebo, fireplace and bocce ball court.
