Jet Fuel Storage

Construction of two new buildings, two 100,000-bbl bulk storage tanks with concrete containment berms and basins, and extensive site and civil work including contaminated soil abatement. The POL Operations Building includes a fuels lab, classroom, administrative office space, and a secure fuel control center. The control room features floor-to-ceiling CMU interior walls, bulletproof windows, and a security locking system. The fuels lab includes a fume hood and spark-proof flooring.  All occupied rooms feature acoustical ceilings and the building is fully sprinkled and alarmed. The Refueler Maintenance Facility includes PCC paved parking for refueler vehicles, 3 maintenance bays, 1 vehicle checkout bay, an office, a tool and parts room, and a break room.
