Flour Mill Lofts, Phase 2 is a 10-story, cast-in-place structure which combines modern living with historical charm. This Western Mountain Region A.I.A. award winner was designed to compliment the existing Phase 1 building which originally was an old flour mill that operated in the early 1900’s. The 28 spacious units, each with an individual design and feel, have a splendid view of either downtown Denver or the rolling Foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
