Genencor Biofuel Facility

Weitz’s relationship with Genencor International began in 1988, as a subcontractor to a specialty contractor Genencor hired to build the new facility. Shortly after beginning construction of the facility, Genencor International realized it had a local contractor with the ability to build this complex project. Since that time, the relationship between the two firms has continued to grow and flourish.

Weitz has completed several design-build additions and renovations to this facility over the years and continues to be the contractor of choice for general maintenance.
