Although this project did not pursue LEED certification, it incorporated numerous sustainable design elements such as a green roof. Other features include underground parking, access floors, and a façade wrapped in glass with an encased copper mesh. The project received a Building Team Silver Award for Green Practices given by Building Design + Construction magazine. The project also received the AIA Central States Region Award for green building practices.
