Clare Oaks

The Clare Oaks project included a complete sitework renovation, massive and selective demolition of portions of the existing convent, school, chapel and central plant, and complete construction of a new 369,000 s.f. CCRC. New construction consisted of 10 cottages, a five story structure containing 154 Independent living units and underground parking, a three story health care facility containing 120 Skilled Nursing beds and 16 Alzheimer’s units, and a 17,500 s.f. Commons facility containing central dining, swimming and activity facilities, and administrative areas for the operations group.
