Central College – Vermeer Science Center

This building serves as an educational research facility consisting of 55,000 square feet of new construction and a 28,000-square-foot renovation to the existing building located on the Central College Campus. The new addition was built while the existing facility remained occupied. This was the first LEED rated building in the State of Iowa. It was awarded a Silver rating.
