Broken Sound Club

The expansion and renovation to the existing clubhouse consisted of a new banquet and card room addition and employee lounge addition totaling 20,178 sq ft. Along with the additions, 18,000 sq ft. of the existing interior space was renovated to include new carpet, marble flooring, fixtures and finishes; a new 19th hole bar layout, re-configured banquet space, and a new administrative space on the second floor. The existing site was upgraded to include additional parking spaces, an expansion to the porte-cochere, expanded brick paver areas, re-configured & renovated kitchen and 2 new outdoor seating areas with gas fire pits.
