Barneys New York

This luxury retail and clothing chain is the first Barneys New York flagship store in the state of Arizona. Part of a shopping mall expansion, this project included the demolition of an existing building. Interior features include an ornate staircase, a large floating glass cube above the entrance and opulent finishes such as exotic stones, imported marble and teak flooring and high-end custom millwork. Weitz also constructed Fred’s, a 5,000 SF restaurant and bar on the second floor.
