Watts opened its Honolulu office in 2004, and made it the company headquarters in 2007 to better serve its markets in the Pacific Rim.  Primary clients include U.S. military agencies, the City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaii, as well as select private clients. Its current Hawaii staff numbers 182, with 62 salaried employees and 120 hourly employees. Diverse project types such as visitor centers, wharf construction and fueling projects comprise its on-island experience.
