Watts established its Guam office in 2005. Construction projects completed on the island range from commercial retail stores to 240 typhoon resistant homes in North Tipalao for the U.S. Navy. Its two most recent projects are the direct result of the military build-up in support of relocating U.S. troops in Okinawa to Guam. Watts is currently constructing the Guam Naval Hospital Replacement and the Uniform and Tango Wharves at Apra Harbor with combined construction costs totaling $164 million.
