The family I get to work with every day! I’ve been lucky to work closely with employees from four different business units within Weitz over the last five years and the feeling is the same … great people!

Our employees truly care about the homes we’re constructing for our customers. We are in this industry because we love seeing something come out of the ground that we can be proud of and stamp our collective names on. We want our customers to have this same great pride in their new homes when they move in!

Thirty years with Weitz right out of Iowa State University and really can’t imagine working for any other builder!
